Dear Members
The Committee would like to extend a warm welcome to all new players and families joining Juno United, and a heartfelt welcome back to our returning members for the 2026/27 season.
Membership Subscription Now Open
Player membership subscriptions for the 2026/ 2027 season are now live. Please ensure you complete your registration as soon as possible to confirm your place for the new season.
Simply log into your Pitchero account, and either visit the shop page on the website, or visit "Your Account".
If you need any assistance setting up your Pitchero account, your payment subscription, or any other technical support, please contact:
webmaster@junounited.co.uk
Why We Use Pitchero
Subscriptions through Pitchero offer the club the most efficient and cost effective way for collecting memberships, which helps minimise administration costs and maximise membership income available to support out players.
We therefore request all members to set up their subscriptions through Pitchero, however, we also know that sometimes, technology doesn’t always work the way it should do for everyone. If there are any issues that prevent you using Pitchero system for payments, and you need to discuss alternative payment options, please contact: treasurer@junounited.co.uk
Reflecting on the 2025/2026 Season
With the dust now settled on the 25/26 season, we would like to wish the departing Under 18 teams every success in the future, and hope you continue to participate in the game. Thank you to being part of the Juno family and we look forward to following your future achievements on and off the pitch.
We would also like to say congratulations to all the teams who achieved success on the pitch last season, but more importantly, thank you to all the parents and players of the other age groups who supported us last year through their membership.
How Your Membership Fees Are Used
One of the questions we are most frequently asked is:
"What does my membership fee pay for?"
Following the appointment of new Committee members, we are delighted to announce that we are able to offer more insight and transparency into the management and finances of club.
A huge thankyou to our new Treasurer, Emily Bullen, for compiling the data and producing a clear breakdown of how your membership income is invested into the club, which can be found in our document section.
Membership Fees for 2026/27
Membership subscriptions are vital for the ongoing operation and development of Juno United.
Each season, the Committee carefully reviews membership fees, while balancing increasing operating costs, such as facility and pitch hire charges that are often outside of our control.
Through careful financial management throughout during the 2025/ 2026 season, and detailed planning for the year ahead, we are pleased to confirm that the proposed increase in full season membership for 2026/2027 is limited to 3% and remains competitive with clubs in the local area.
We recognise that any increase can be challenging during the current economic climate and would like to thank all members, both existing and new, for their continued support.
Support for Families
Juno United is proud to provide affordable football opportunities for young people, made possible by the dedication of our volunteers and support from our members.
We understand, however, that financial pressures can sometimes create barriers to participation. If any parent or member would like the Committee to consider their personal circumstances in relation to a partial or full membership waiver, please contact:
treasurer@junounited.co.uk
All enquiries will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Player Welfare
Player welfare remains one of the club's highest priorities.
To further strengthen our commitment in this area, we have introduced a dedicated email address for reporting any player welfare concerns:
welfare@junounited.co.uk
If you have any safeguarding or welfare concerns, however small they may seem, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We also encourage parents and guardians to complete the free FA learning courses available online, covering important topics including:
• Safeguarding
• Concussion awareness
• Sudden cardiac arrest awareness

Thank You to Our Volunteers
Juno United is powered by volunteers.
The Committee would like to express its sincere thanks to everyone who has contributed to the club over the past 12 months, whether through their time, expertise, financial support, or fundraising efforts.
Thankyou to:
• Our sponsors and fundraising volunteers
• Our coaches who braved all weather conditions throughout the season
• Team managers and age-group volunteers
• Parents who supported events, including car parking duties at our festival
• Everyone who has helped behind the scenes
Quite simply, without your support, Juno United could not function.
Could You Volunteer?
As the club continues to grow, we are always looking for new volunteers.
Whilst many people associate volunteering with coaching, there are a wide range of off-the-pitch roles where additional support is always welcome, including administration, events, fundraising, marketing and communications.
If you are interested in helping with the organisation and running of the club, please contact:
clubsecretary@junounited.co.uk
If you would like to help directly with coaching or team activities, please speak to your Age Group Lead.
Sponsorship Opportunities
We are also keen to hear from potential sponsors and are actively looking for local businesses to join our new networking initiative, the Juno 100 Club. For more information, visit:

If you are interested, or know a business that may be interested, please contact:
